Hi @Good3008! I recommend Morpheus 8. Morpheus8 is a non-surgical treatment for full body skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and fat reduction of stubborn areas. It uses minimally invasive fractional radiofrequency energy (RF) to penetrate the skin deeper than other microneedling devices, triggering the skin’s natural healing response to promote skin tightening and lifting.
I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restBest, Dr. Emer.
This can be an area that can require a combination of treatments but will soften over time. I have many clients when we look back a year ago we cannot believe the improvements we have made. First of all it is great you are using Tret, but also a topical line filler at home is important. I recommend skin better lines which uses a medical grade HA (similar to filler that we inject). Also if you are not already I would recommend Botox/Dysport every 3-4 months. Keeping on that will prevent the cause of those lines which is muscle contraction. Another suggestion is Microneedling RF to stimulate collagen production or a series of chemical peels. Hope that helps!
It looks like you have scars and lines on your forehead! Your options are HA filler, microneedling, smooth threads, non ablative laser!
Thank you for your question! Keep up with using tretinoin as that is a good anti-aging cream to help with skin cell turnover and fine lines/wrinkles. If you are not getting it already, you should start with some botox in the forehead and in between the brow areas. This will help to soften and current lines/wrinkles as well as prevent new ones from forming. Hope this helps!
Morpheus8 treatments are wonderful for improving skin tone and texture. This specialized treatment combines microneedling with RF technology allowing for new collagen generation. In addition we recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.
Hi, You appear to have right upper eyelid/brow fat loss. This is often times seen with ptosis. I can’t tell if the ptosis caused the fat loss or the fat loss causes the ptosis (which came first? the chicken or the egg situation) Does your eyes look more symmetric in the morning when you have m...
I am sorry you are having this diffculty. I have treated quite a few patients with this so-called undereye "puffy pillow" condition (actually infraorbital lymphedema) who were treated with fillers elsewhere with either the wrong choice of filler and/or an incorrect injection technique....
