i had a cut on my lip before i got lip filler, since getting the filler the cut still hasn’t closed it’s been 6 months. will it ever go away? is there anything i can do to help it heal?

I suggest you get yourself checked out by a dermatologist.
Lips heal on their own and quite rapidly.
If lips are not healing within a few days then something isn’t right.
Ones that don’t heal when they otherwise should reevaluated to make sure there isn’t something else going on.
I wound on the lips that fails to heal could be an indication of something like a basal cell.
I suggest you get this checked out with a dermatologist.
