​You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. Hi @gorilla31! You would be a great candidate for lip fillers. Filler in the lips can help soften the indents. In addition, a licensed practitioner is able to add height to your lips with the vertical tenting technique.

I would recommend to get a liplift (I personally perform several kind of them to offer the best results /corner liplift and a lower V-Y plasty. Fillers, in order to look good and natural, have to be performed once the shape of the lips is ideal/balanced. Based on your pictures, it looks like you would really benefit from those procedures

Based on this photo, you seem to be a candidate for lip filler. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (not a certified injector) is recommended. Good luck.

The short answer to your question is a resounding Yes, HA fillers can help to fill the dents and make the lips fuller. They are used for these purposes on a daily basis in any active cosmetic dermatology practice. I'm not at all surprised that the Botox lip flips did little; they would not even be expected to do much at all for the dents and would not be expected to address the fullness issue either. I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm and it works great. Many times I need to put more in one side than the other to attempt to even out the vermillion border (The red line of the lip). This helps provide more symmetry at times.For patients looking for a more long lasting result, I recommend fat grafting. That is, using your own bodies fat to make your lips naturally look more shapely. The bonus is that the results last many many years.
In general, I avoid using permanent prosthesis because I find that the lips are such dynamic and sensitive structures, the end result is not natural.

Fillers are going to make your lips larger.
The contour issues with your upper lip is not directly related to loss of volume.
You will need to except that your lips will be fuller with a potential partial improvement in regards to contour.
Simply trying to adjust only the contour without augmenting your lips is probably going to be an unsatisfactory procedure.
Filler results are highly dependent on the skill and experience of the provider.
This includes making assessments and making quality treatments.
Taking a conservative approach and trying a round of filler which is fairly temporary there’s a pretty low risk proposition that is worthwhile if it motivates you enough to have the procedure.
If you do I think you need to be on board with your lips being conservatively augmented to some degree in order to justify the procedure.
Individuals with thin lips should be treated carefully using judicious volumes staying on the conservative side. This is especially true for the upper lip.
As providers to show before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar lip types.
Find me a sufficiently talented and experienced provider can be challenging.
Having in person consultations is probably the best next step.
Consider having multiple consultations to compare abd vet different providers.
