Hi @Pioneering145250! I recommend massaging the area a few times a day. If you notice in 3-4 weeks that the lump has not improved, you can return to your practitioner to dissolve the area with Hyaluronidase.
I will answer assuming that HA filler was injected into the lip and the bump is from the filler. Filler injected in approximately the past 72 should smooth out with direct pressure. If this is not possible then evaluation at 2 weeks would be prudent. At that point the filler can be dissolved if necessary, using Hylenex. G. Kaplan MD
