I’m 40 and have had one smaller eye since I was a baby. my mum said I bleed from the eye as a baby but knows nothing more. When I was around 10 we had a consultation about correcting it in which ( I believe ) they said they could cut into the eye skin to make it bigger but I decided against It, iv had nothing done to correct it . It is noticeable in real life especially if I’m tired but in photos it is accentuated. It’s bothered me all my life. I’d love some advice on what might fix it
