Lumps under both my eye lines are still visible & no difference in neck lift - help? (Photos)

It is always very difficult to give advice on the postoperative result without preoperative photos to compare. Lumpiness and irregularities along the incision line (eyelids) may persist for a long time; massage and sometimes injection of corticosteroids may resolve or diminish these scars. Neck bands are unfortunately frequent after neck surgery (platismoplasty) and revisions are relatively frequent as well. Hope this helps.

Do your left eyelid is not readily visible. Your left upper eyelid appears pleasing. I can see that there is a platysma band in your left neck. If you are thoroughly dissatisfied with your results, it may be worthwhile getting a second opinion from another reputable facial plastic surgeon.
