What complications can occur after Let down / Preservation Rhino?

I have some questions about the possible complications with a rhinoplasty done with the Let down Preservation technique. I read strips of bone are taken from underneath instead of cutting the hump from the bridge. Does that mean there is no possibility of getting an open roof deformitt? And does that also mean there won't form a callus bump, because there is no trauma to the bridge? What are some complications that can occur?
