What complications can occur after Let down / Preservation Rhino?

In order to “let down“ the nasal bridge a portion of bone must be removed from underneath the dorsal arch. this bone connects to the base of the brain. if the bone is damaged during the process of removing a portion of it it could cause a crack in the bone that forms the base of the brain and caused the fluid around the brain called the cerebral spinal fluid, to leak out through the nose. this is a very rare complication and a concern most particularly with the let down preservation technique. However , The fear that this would be an issue with this technique have not yet been confirmed and very few instances of this problem have occurred so far, but the technique is still very young and the data is not all in yet.
