35 year old female, I weigh around 8.7 stone. I had a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction but I feel like there is quite a large cleavage gap. My natural breasts were quite close together so I know it can’t be due to being naturally far apart. Will this settle on its own? Or is it something I will need to consider fat grafting for?

All expanders are teardrop shaped in order to appropriately shape the pocket and preferentially expand the lower pole of the breast. However, almost all permanent implants are round shaped. I would discuss this with your treating surgeon as any teardrop shaped implant comes in a textured form....
