No cleavage after implants. Will this settle on its own or should I consider fat grafting? (Photo)

35 year old female, I weigh around 8.7 stone. I had a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction but I feel like there is quite a large cleavage gap. My natural breasts were quite close together so I know it can’t be due to being naturally far apart. Will this settle on its own? Or is it something I will need to consider fat grafting for?
