I was just diagnosed and advised I have breast cancer and will be needing a mastectomy. My breast cancer surgeon said i can have direct to implant procedure, but i am not sure I want to use the hospitals plastic surgeons. How can i still do this without having to use a tissue expander and wait months for this to be filled?
