I have implants under the muscle with galaflex internal bra. I developed symmastia and had a repair done. Unfortunately mesh wasn’t used for the repair. My boobs are great without a bra. But all bras (even bralettes) cause them be pushed closer together causing slight tenting and it’s uncomfortable. It feels much better without and; I didn’t know if they would eventaully sag?? Can I go without?

This is something that your surgeons should specifically discuss with you. Only they will know the exact details of the repair in which areas need support and which need a little relief. You are correct. Sometimes there are forces working against each other when you have both symmastia as well as an internal bra suturing. I would get this advice immediately after your surgery when the surgeon will know exactly what they want.
