Will not wearing a bra after breast reconstruction lead to sagging? Under muscle implants w/ galaflex and internal bra

I have implants under the muscle with galaflex internal bra. I developed symmastia and had a repair done. Unfortunately mesh wasn’t used for the repair. My boobs are great without a bra. But all bras (even bralettes) cause them be pushed closer together causing slight tenting and it’s uncomfortable. It feels much better without and; I didn’t know if they would eventaully sag?? Can I go without?
