If symmastia, would correction eliminate skin flap and asymmetric inframammary fold? (Photo)

I have never been able to wear an underwire or push-up bra without the skin in the middle of my chest lifting itself up. I had a breast augmentation 23 years ago, surgeon over dissected my pockets, and I got a skinflap at the left breast. I have never had a clear definition of cleavage, and at the "end" of it, at the beginning of the intramammary fold, it is asymmetrical. Got Motiva Ergonomix 650 cc, January this year. Attempted removal 15 days ago failed.
