My chin looks bigger than before after bone removal and contouring. Is this repairable? (Photo)

I had a prominent chin so I was advised that removing some of the bone in order to shave it down and contour to sides. Would be best. Outcome: I am unhappy it looks bigger than before a lot wider and fuller. My chin muscles are damaged when I talk or pull funny mouth movements my bottom lip won’t pull down in the middle. I can’t show my lower teeth. It makes me look strange especially when I talk some of my words can sound funny too. I have excess dimpled chin too. is this repairable?
