Thanks for your question. It's hard to tell from one photo that you've provided but a rhinoplasty alone can make your face more feminine. It can be combined with a chin or jaw implant to make the face more like V shape. But it'd be great if you could provide more photos for an assessment. I'd advise for you to have a consultation by a board certified plastic surgeon.
Hello @Fierce487942 thank you for your question. I suggest you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon if you are thinking of having surgery, because to achieve a harmonious result you have to take into account the over all face and not just one area or profile. Best wishes!
Hello, If you are self-conscious about your side profile, then the rhinoplasty will be a good idea. Based on the photo you posted, reduction rhinoplasty is recommended. This includes tip-plasty, osteotomy, and humpectomy. Possibly, alar reduction can be combined. This procedure will make your nose look smaller and more feminine from the profile. If you are interested in additional procedures as well, fat grafting and V line surgery are also recommended. For more accurate plans, you should have in-person consultation with a surgeon.
In side profile the gender defining features are the brow, nose and chin. In your face the nose appears to be the biggest culprit with the brow prominence having a lesser masculinizing effect. The chin is small and perfectly feminine. The question is whether a reductive rhinoplasty with brow bone reduction is needed or whether rhinoplasty alone is enough. Computer imaging will answer that question by first doing imaging of a rhiniplasty alone and then combined with a brow bone reduction.
