Bichectomy&Genioplasty - Possible Facial Hair Loss?

I'm a 25 year old male and I consider having a combo of bichectomy&genioplasty surgery. However, I'm concerned about the possible facial hair loss due to the incisions during these surgeries. Can they affect the facial hair growth, in terms of causing a patchy look or a density loss ? Thanks in advance.

Both of these surgeries are done entirely through the mouth, so there will be no external incisions or scars. Although we do ask that you shave your facial hair before the surgery, there is no reason for it to be effected afterwards!

I have never seen or would expect beard hair loss from buccal fat or chin procedures. The site of the surgery is way deeper than the level of the hair follicles in the skin.
