I’m over one year post op. Since birth one side of my nostrils lacked either fatty tissue or cartilage. It was never noticeable until I did a revision and the tip became smaller. Now I am left with an unusual left nostril that looks empty. I’m not keen on doing another surgery, any ideas what I can do? My nostrils are also terrible. I can’t put 100% of the blame on the doctor as my birth nose was naturally crooked and asymmetrical
