Breast implant removal 8 days ago. Right breast is considerably smaller and a weird shape. Am I deformed permanently? Breasts where symmetrical pre-implant. Surgeon said implant removal on right breast was 'very difficult' as capsule was completely stuck, he couldn't even remove it all. I can feel fluid on right breast when I get out of bed. Do I need breast revision?

Answer: Too early I understand your concern but more time is needed to determine how the tissues will settle. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon and follow all post operative instructions. If revision surgery is needed it would not occur for a few months yet.

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear Cheerful267693, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 8 days post op.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your breast surgery.
