I have a bulbous nose with thick skin that I'm planning to get surgery on to fix. My side profile nose tip is blunt and has more of a c shape. Will reducing the size of my nose tip make my nose side profile look more defined/ pointy?

As far as I can see from your photos hhe tip of the nose may become low over the years after the operation, but it should be 1 or 2 millimeters higher during the surgical operation. I recommend a revision operation to get rid of this image.
