You seem to be interested in having a lot of work done. There are a lot of variables to take in the consideration.Answering your question in a thorough away. It’s a bit much by answering on this forum. There is nothing inherently wrong with your nose, so I don’t see a strong indication for doing rhinoplasty surgery.A forehead reduction may have a desirable effect, but may also potentially leave you with a highly visible scar. Based on your pictures, it appears your skin is highly sensitive to hyperpigmentation, and with your current hairstyle, the scar on your forehead from a forehead reduction may be quite visible.Forehead reductions is a form of a brow lift.It is typically more advantageous to do in individuals who have low set eyebrows, and would benefit from racing the eyebrows which does not appear to be necessary in your case. Based on these variables, I don’t think you’re an ideal candidate for a forehead lift, but the procedure may have benefits. There is a lot to discuss with a plastic surgeon during in person consultations. You mentioned eyelid surgery, but failed to mention if you’re interested in upper eyelid or lower eyelid eyelid surgery.I see no indication for surgical intervention on your upper eyelids.A trans conjunctival lower blepharoplasty may have some benefits. This in conjunction with midface, fillers, are probably the two procedures you are the best candidates for.Your lips are not small, so I don’t see a strong indication for needing lip, fillers, but many women like the results so that is simply a personal preference. In most individuals, the lower lip is larger than the upper lip.In your case, the lips are fairly equal in size.I would be careful to not put too much emphasis on upper lip volume, but rather maintain the natural ratio of the upper and lower lip. I suggest having a few in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get a better understanding of your candidacy for the procedures, and what having these operations may entail. It’s a bit unusual for people to seek this much intervention at one time. When this happens, we often see a correlation with some other life event.Consider slowing down the process a bit and pick which concern is of most important and focus your efforts their first.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
