Age 21, what happened to my face & asymmetric eyes? (Photos)

Hey i‘m 21 Years old. I recently asked a question about my round swollen face. I found photos from before where my face was narrower. I would like to know what could be the cause of the face getting so fat. I looked nicer back then and I would like to know how I can get this look back. And how I can operate on asymmetrical eyes so that they are more symmetrical.

I would recommend being careful with male buccal fat removal. It should be very conservative else it can feminize the face or make it hollow.
