Thanks for asking your question. Reviewing your photos, if your goal is to slim the lower face and neck area, there are a couple procedures to consider. Buccal fat removal will slim the cheek area. You have some fullness under your chin. You also have some skin looseness around your mouth and jowl area, but you're too young for a facelift. You are a good candidate for FaceTite, which is an energy based device to tighten your lower face/neck skin and also includes liposuction of the neck and chin area. The combination of buccal fat reduction and FaceTite will give you an improvement of your lower facial fullness or "chubby face". I recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
