Hi @Blahblah1313. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck,Dr. Nima
Thank you for your question and for providing photos. Facial liposuction is a good option to remove excess fat from the face and neck, revealing a smoother and more youthful contour along the jawline. Results from liposuction are long-lasting when a healthy weight is maintained. A buccal lipectomy reduces fullness in the face by removing the buccal fat pad to balance proportions and define the cheekbone and jawline areas. Since this tissue isn’t regrown, the results of buccal fat removal are permanent. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can help you decide on the best approach to achieve your aesthetic goals.
You can potentially do both of them together since they address different portion of the face and can help with facial slimming
Hello. Facial liposuction is almost never an effective procedure. It is risky and you get nothing in return. So I never recommend it. Better for you is buccal fat removal. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
Hi bellza1313,Thanks for asking your question. Reviewing your photos, if your goal is to slim the lower face and neck area, there are a couple procedures to consider. Buccal fat removal will slim the cheek area. You have some fullness under your chin. You also have some skin looseness around your mouth and jowl area, but you're too young for a facelift. You are a good candidate for FaceTite, which is an energy based device to tighten your lower face/neck skin and also includes liposuction of the neck and chin area. The combination of buccal fat reduction and FaceTite will give you an improvement of your lower facial fullness or "chubby face". I recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps. All the best,Dr. Sanan, MDFacial Plastic SurgeryLos Angeles, CA

Thank you for your question. When performed by an experienced surgeon, buccal fat removal can create a more slender and youthful appearance, particularly in someone who has excess fullness in the lower third portion of the face prior to the procedure. Since this tissue is not grown back, the...
Hello! Options do exist to improve your facial structure and harmony. Minimally invasive options like fillers would help to augment your cheek volume up high. Morpheus8 microneedling RF along the jawline will tighten the skin. Buccal fat removal will help to slim the lower portion of your...
Be Careful with male buccal. You might be a candidate for it. However, I would do a conservative reduction since being too aggressive can feminize the face or make it look hollow
