Should I get a brow bone reduction to make my face more feminine? (Photo)

I’ve always hated my brow bone and how much it sticks out. I’ve just recently discovered brow bone reduction surgery and feel like it would greatly help this issue. I’ve seen others ask for advice/if this surgery appears right for them so figured I’d do the same. I’ve also considered rhinoplasty for years but feel like shaping my forehead would be enough to make my face more feminine.

If this is bone we can readily address this by reducing the bone. Takes about 90 minutes overall and is a highly successful procedure. But if it is quite new it may be worth getting an x-ray or CT scan. We are glad to look at the images.

This is not a good place for filler. The most complications occur right there. However, from what I can see in this one photo you may have prominent bone. That ridge needs to be removed surgically. This takes about 90 minutes and will address loose skin as well.

Hello, hope you are well. Malignant hyperthermia is caused by very specific anesthetic drugs. Brow bone reduction is a procedure that is done under general anesthesia. You can have the procedure done under general anesthesia with the avoidance of drugs that trigger MH. Best, Dr. Tower

Forehead dents after surgery and what to do? I would need to see you in person as well as an operative report from your surgeon to determine what can be done to repair this. Make sure you see a very experienced FFS surgeon to repair this.
