I am 33 female and I have deep set eyes and protruding or ital rim and brow bone. I would like a more open feminine look on the upper part of my eyes. Which one of these procedures would benefit me most?

Forehead dents after surgery and what to do? I would need to see you in person as well as an operative report from your surgeon to determine what can be done to repair this. Make sure you see a very experienced FFS surgeon to repair this.
Hello, hope you are well. Practically speaking, the answer is no. If a brow bone reduction is done without a brow lift, the position of the brows will not change significantly.
Cheers,

Using an open approach and placing a scar along your hairline would allow a craniofacial trained plastic surgeon to contour your forehead prominences, including supraorbital arches. With this approach one can also lower your hearline and make your forehead look less steep and shorter than now....
