Could a brow bone reduction be performed under local anesthesia and sedation?

I'm interested in a brow bone reduction, brow lift, and hairline advancement for facial feminization. I have malignant hyperthermia and I'm nervous about general anesthesia. Is it possible to perform these procedures under sedation and local anesthesia? I'm also looking to reduce costs.
