I'm interested in getting brow bone augmentation with a custom implant. Mainly because I want to have a more projected/prominent brow ridge to achieve more a hunter eye look. I've noticed that this procedure is often performed by surgeons for trans men who are seeking to masculinize their faces. What is the relative risks of doing such an implant and how much projection (in mm) is safely possible?

Hi yes you have a somewhat flat eyebrow and mild amount of temporal hooding, which makes you look less feminine. A browlift and uppper eyelid surgery to reshape these structures will help.
Forehead dents after surgery and what to do? I would need to see you in person as well as an operative report from your surgeon to determine what can be done to repair this. Make sure you see a very experienced FFS surgeon to repair this.
Hello, hope you are well. Practically speaking, the answer is no. If a brow bone reduction is done without a brow lift, the position of the brows will not change significantly.
Cheers,
