Dear Misssvc, that is a beautiful picture of breasts, but her chest is not like your chest. They are fitted according to the measurements of your chest. Your chest is long and curved, so your result would not be the same as the picture but would most likely be great. There is no way to look at that photo and tell what kind of implants they are. I would guess that they are a round silicone implant. Wishing you all the best!!

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

First of all, that is an excellent wish pic! Yes, they are realistic for your frame. They seem to be round implants with high projection. Note that “low, median, high and extra high projection” will vary with each brand but, high projection usually means “normal’’ projection….. extra high projection is more pointy. High projection helps fill out tissue and project the breast without widening the breasts.

So yes. You are a great candidate for this. Very doable without needing to lift your breasts. Worst case scenario, you might need a circumferential areolar lift……. But only if you want them as lifted and as tight as humanly possible. I’m sure you will achieve great results with or without a lift!

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You will be able to achieve this look with proper implant selection but it is hard to know the type of implants used in your wish pic.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Thank you for your question. It is impossible to know exactly what type of implants those are. The outcome is achievable for you. My recommendation would be a dual plane placement of silicone breast implants, either moderate or high profile. You’ll get a great result! Good luck.

I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being measured and examined, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Then you can see what you actually like.

From your photos the size you are considering should look nice on your frame. Implant selection is best done in person with your board certified plastic surgeon. During a consultation your surgeon will take measurements of your breasts as well as talk about your goals for surgery. This information will be combined to give recommendations for implants that are the best match for you. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Your breasts have some lower pole ‘hang’ to them extending over the crease. You might require a small lift (possibly Periareolar-around the nipple scar) to obtain your wish pics. I would need to examine you and take some measurements however, if guessing, I would say approximately 300cc’s with either a moderate plus X or Boost (Mentor) silicone implant might work well
