Breasts are differing size and shape - is it possible to make the shapes more similar? (photos)

Hi, I think one option is a lift on the left with a higher profile implant. If the right has smaller amount of breast tissue you can reduce the amount on the left so that the implant itself will dictate more of the shape as the right does. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. I think the answer can be found in your question. You’ve had multiple attempts to get your breasts symmetrical without success. I doubt any further surgery would help with the shape of your breasts. As far as the size, perhaps fat grafting the smaller side would be of benefit. It is always difficult to make breasts perfectly symmetrical especially when they start out so different.
