I had augmentation and a lift around 25 years ago to correct severe asymmetry. I had another surgery in 2016, then again in 2019 to correct the placement of the left implant. I’m still unhappy with the differing size and shape. Is it possible to make the shapes more similar, or is this the best I can hope for? The right has a very round, stuck-on, high up appearance, I guess due to the lack of real breast tissue?

Your implants have bottomed out, settled down too low. They can be repositioned higher, the inferior pocket can be tightened, and mesh might be needed for extra support. Please do not go larger and consider even going smaller.
Dear Samhager00,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
