What can be done to lower my nipples after breast augmentation?

I had a breast lift back in 2018. I came out much smaller. noticed my nipples were slightly too high i knew so unhappy with my size so I got implants. My Nipples are extremely high. I can’t wear anything without them showing. My doctor has tried to lower twice with no luck so it was suggested to remove my implants and lower my nipples, heal over 3-6 months and put implant back in to my. I’ve actually had 2 suggest this??!! Is this doable
