This is not about your old scars. This is about a larger implant that is sitting below your natural inframammary fold. You will need a revision surgery to repair the 'pockets' that the implants sit in, known as a capsulorrhaphy. To insure a good, long lasting result, resorbable mesh should be used.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It does appear that your breast have bottomed out and you have a double bubble now. It really does not having anything to do with your incision or going back thru the same incision. A breast revision would be necessary to fix this. This would involved going back into the implant pocket and suturing the tuck/fold back up and possibly placing mesh for added support and then replacing your implants back in. This would be one surgery.

Your implants have bottomed out, settled down too low. They can be repositioned higher, the inferior pocket can be tightened, and mesh might be needed for extra support. Please do not go larger and consider even going smaller.
