Is it possible to get breast fat transfer and nipple surgery at the same time?

I am interested in shortening my nipples after years of breastfeeding and to fill my breasts with fat though I am quite slim. Could you also tell me the areas they are likely to get fat other than buttocks? Thanks

Fat transfer and nipple reduction can be performed at the same time. The fat for the transfer can be taken from anywhere. It's best to remove it from an area that has never had prior procedures that use any type of energy devices. (Avoid areas where there has been previous VASER liposuction, cool sculpting, etc as this can affect the quality of the fat).

Fat may be harvested from several areas, the most common being abdomen, waist, thighs.  A plastic surgeon will be able to examine and recommend treatment options to achieve the look you want. Yes it is possible to have a nipple reduction surgery at the same time his breast fat grafting. Depending on the size and shape of your breasts as well as her desired appearance, fat grafting in combination with rest implants and/or a breast lift would be recommended. We don't usually take fat from the buttocks, except in some black women, for the buttocks will sag.  Nipples can be shortened with any breast surgery, or under local in the office. If you are slim, a fat transfer may not be an options.

Without showing pictures we can’t really give you much of an answer. You could definitely do a nipple reduction at the same time as breast fat transfer. fat is generally never harvested from the buttocks. generally fat is harvested from the torso and if that is in sufficient then thighs and arms can also be good options.
Delivering consistent quality results for this procedure is difficult and most plastic surgeons don’t do a particularly great job at it.
Fat transfer it’s also pretty limited in what it can do. It does not change the shape of the breast at all and can only give modest increases in volume and even under perfect circumstances. there are enough impressive pictures that are far beyond what can actually be accomplished with fat transfer for patients to get unrealistic expectations for this procedure. For example if the pictures are taken immediately after the surgery results can look dramatic. that is not how breasts look three months later when most of the fat is gone.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results it’s also some thing that not everybody can do so I recommend having multiple in person consultations at which time you should ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. An experienced surgeon should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets are before and after pictures for commonly performed procedures. being shown a handful of preselected pictures which most likely represent the best results of each providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of an average results look like in the hands of each provider.
Continue having in person consultations until you found a provider you feel confident with. Simply being a board-certified plastic surgeon with good reputation is insufficient to guarantee that you will have a quality outcome. Liposuction results are permanent and if done poorly it will leave people disfigured.
