Breast augmentation for male?

I would like to inquire about Breast augmentation with silicone implants for men. I am a male, 50 years old. My height 170 cm, weight ~70 kg, and my skin type is normal. 1. Can I get Breast implants approx. 100-150 cc size? I have a little breasts. 2. Is there a plastic surgon in London who has already inserted breast implants in a male? I would like B cups.

Breast augmentation in men is more or less the same procedure as when it’s done in women.
Breast implants don’t actually make the breast larger.
Breast implants push the muscle forward, give me the illusion of a larger breast.
To some degree this process is independent of what’s in front of the pectoralis muscle.
Any plastic surgeon who has good experience with breast augmentation should be able to help you out.
