Antibiotics are not harmful at all before the surgery. You can still receive anesthesia if you are taking antibiotics. However, if you are taking antibiotics due to infection, your doctor and anesthesiologist will delay surgery until your infection is cleared.

normale this should not be a problem. Depends for sure, why and how long you are going to take the antibiotics. You should of course tell you plastic surgeon and the anesthesiologist about the antibiotics, why and how long you took them.

It would depend on why you are taking the antibiotics. You want all infection to be gone before proceeding with breast augmentation surgery. You also want to ensure you are maximally recovered from whatever made you sick. As an example, if you had pneumonia (lung infection), you want to be sure that the lungs are recovered before being put to sleep for your surgery. I would recommend giving your surgeon an update, and they can advise you on how to proceed from there.

Whatever you are taking antibiotics for should be resolved by the time if your surgery but you should let your surgeon know about it anyway

When having surgery it is best that you are free from active infection. Given that your surgery is six weeks away there should be ample time for the antibiotics to clear any infection. It is always recommended to discuss all medications you are taking with your surgeon.

It depends upon why you are taking antibiotics. You need to discuss this with your surgeon and your surgeon will decide what is best.

Antibiotics are usually prescribed after surgery to prevent infection. It is not necessary to take them prior to surgery.

If the antibiotic is being administered to treat a local acute bacterial infection, 6 weeks of coverage will likely eradicate it, if the infection is proven sensitive to the antibiotic and the infection isn't in a closed space. Follow up on the infection is required before surgery.
Each plastic surgeon has developed their own unique pre- and postoperative protocols based upon their training and years of clinical experience.
It is best to contact your surgeon and ask for advice.
