I had 1 reconstructive surgery after my previous surgeon severely botched me . It’s much better than what it was before . But it’s still making me so depressed I don’t know what to do , what approach to take or how to fix this . Any recommendations would be appreciated. I can’t even look at myself anymore

I am assuming that you have concerns about banana rolls? Additionally, what exact “reconstructive surgery“ did you have done already?

At this point, you may only benefit from a lower buttock tuck. A buttock tuck is kind of like a tummy tuck for the buttock in that it removes the banana rolls and/or loose sagging skin from not only the lower buttock but also the back of the thigh to tighten both areas and create a more defined buttock crease.  In doing so it also aesthetically shortens and/or rounds out the buttock cheek. It is ideal for those patients that have had significant weight loss or fluctuations, changes from fillers injected, banana rolls, banana roll liposuction complications, multiple pregnancies, or who’s derrieres have succumb to the dreaded effects of gravity and aging. It is also effective for those whom feel their buttock cheek is naturally too long or square and just want it proportionately shortened and rounded, respectively. Glad to help.

You did not specify what areas you disliked about your revision BBL.  I see fat below the buttocks (banana roll) which is difficult to liposuction without leaving irregularities or double creases (like having two buttock creases).  The inner lower buttocks seems empty.  This may be filled with more fat provided you have donor fat left.

Having had two surgeries and only showing one picture doesn’t allow us to make any type of assessment. We need to see it before and after pictures for each procedur in order to make an assessment of how things Are currently.

You did not describe what you don’t like about the outcome or what the problem is. Follow up with your previous procedures and if that is not sufficient that schedule second opinion consultations with other local board-certified plastic surgeons. If you opt for a proper second opinion consultation then you should bring the operative reports and all before and after pictures for both previous procedures with you.

We cannot tell what you’ve had done or even what the problem is that you don’t like with your single picture.
