Would it be possible to use body fillers to restore face volume?

Of course, you can use fillers to restore facial volume that has been lost. My advice, however, is to use your own fat. With fat grafting when performed by plastic surgeon who has a great deal of experience in fat grafting techniques, the results are natural and permanent.
