With fat grafting when performed by plastic surgeon who has a great deal of experience in fat grafting techniques, the results are natural and permanent. Besides, being more natural and permanent, using fat, is less expensive in the long run, then fillers, which are very expensive and add up in price especially when a large volume is needed.
