What can be done to improve my acne scars and damage from TCA Cross? (Photo)

I suffer acne on my teen years that left few scars. I've done bellfill and subcision, done rf microneedling and 2 tca cross, but this last tca cross went bad, i think doctor used too much and not only on the root of scars and therefore damage healthy skin and now face has bigger holes. When i mention my unssatisfaction she say she was going to do microneedling free of charge which she dud, but u still see no improvements. I'm not going back with her. What can be done at this point? i was thinking fillers
