I agree with the dermatologist you saw. Just so you know- fillers along the posterior jaw (angle) are not the solution for the features you are concerned with. These are only going to widen your jaw and exaggerate the features you dislike. Similarly, Botox is not a solution to jowls or marionette lines, and anyone selling you this treatment for that purpose should be questioned. I am seeing more and more patients who have incorrectly tried to address the same features with Botox and fillers, only to be left in a much worse situation in the long term.

I can see why you’re worried about the mark left on your nose after the injury.
