If I lift my right side by my temple it looks less droopy. Would I benefit from temple fillers? (Photos)

Question

My right side of my face is lower and droopy compared to my left side. If a thick filler was used in the temples would it give my upper face a lift? A thick filler such as voluma? I cant seem to find many derms or docs that do temple filler with a thicker filler. Do i need temple filler? I have lifted my right side by the temple with my fingers and it looks good, is this a similar effect that thick temple fillers can give? Thank you

Temple fillers, especially thicker ones like Voluma, can help restore volume loss in the upper face and may give a subtle lifting effect. However, it’s important to know that the improvement is often more about restoring contour and balance rather than producing a dramatic “pull.” The results can look very natural but won’t exactly replicate the effect you get by manually lifting your skin.

As for safety, temple filler injections are considered an advanced procedure because of the blood vessels in that area, so it’s crucial that they are done by an experienced board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. The choice of filler (whether a thicker option or something else) depends on your anatomy, degree of volume loss, and your goals.

Temple filler can be very dangerous, which is why it is not offered everywhere. However, you are correct that you could benefit from some temple volume and that it would lift the face.
