I have a very deep mental crease an always have. I have gotten braces to fix my overbite and still have it. I included pictures of my profile and what I am hoping to achieve, are similar results possible?

It's hard to know why you have the deepened mental crease. Most likely it is because you have a smaller jaw (guessing based off of the overbite too) and so your mentalis muscle has to work extra hard to keep your mouth closed, which results in it being bulkier. If that's the case, doing repeated botox to the muscle cna help (similar to masseter botox for shrinking).
