Question

Hello, I had vaser on my belly and flanks in Oct 2020, also gynecomastia, removal of glands + lipo. After about 6 months I started seeing great results, flat abdomen and the chest was well shaped. I’m eating well, low sugar, good fats and quality protein, 2200kcal a day. I lift weights 4-5 days a week, some cardio too. My lean mass is growing however It seems like some fat is coming back on my belly and chest. I’m starting losing motivation. Will I need another lipo soon?

Liposuction permanently removed the fat.  However after the procedure you can continue to gain and lose weight, as well as be influenced by your workout habits.  I recommend focusing first on diet and exercise.  If this does not get you the results you want, you can consider further liposuction.

Hello and thanks for your question. First of all, congratulation on your effort to improve your result. The most important factor that affects the result of body contouring operations is the aftercare. You did it very well. After the liposuction it is not expected to regain the fat tissue in the treatment unless patient gain weight. The other factors(supplements using, hormones and etc.) should be investigated too but if you think the you gain the fat back, the revision procedure can be scheduled.
