The creases are too high and the eyelid platform is a little bulky. Crease lowering surgery would be beneficial. Please understand that very few surgeons understand the upper eyelid well enough to offer crease lowering surgery. The success of revisional surgery very much depends on what is left...

In addition to right upper eyelid ptosis and no crease on the right, you also have significant compensatory brow elevation that is far greater on the right side. The asymmetry of eyebrows, left being slightly elevated, comes from your ptosis, as a compensatory mechanisam, to open your ptotic eye. Once ptosis surgery is completed, that effect on the brow will deminish and you will, very likely, end up with more or less symmetric brows. Only at that time...

You have some brow ptosis on one side over the other. This is not generally a concern since it is these small asymmetries are generally not cosmetically concerning. However if you would like it fixed, a unilateral brow lift can correct it. It can be done under local in the office setting.
