My eyes are uneven especially in pictures/ smiling , do i need ptosis correction or an eyelash lift? I dont think another double eyelid surgery would be helpful in my case. Please let me know what would be the best route for even and more open eyes.

You have some brow ptosis on one side over the other. This is not generally a concern since it is these small asymmetries are generally not cosmetically concerning. However if you would like it fixed, a unilateral brow lift can correct it. It can be done under local in the office setting.
