Do I need another ptosis surgery?

I had ptosis surgery on my right eye in April. This was to resolve ptosis which I was born with. However, the eye lid now has folds in it and extra skin. I feel this has become worse overtime. I believe this is actually causing the lid to droop more than it was in the first few months after surgery. Should I have more surgery and if so what type?
