Would an alar rim graft suit my nose? My nostril are becoming more flared with age

I have a bump on the tip of my nose that has got more pronounced with age. I have flared nostrils anyway but I think this has caused the right side to be more pronounced. Overall I’m happy with the size of my nose but not the tip or flared nostrils.

Dear Marvees,
What you have is not alar flaring, but alar retraction with columellar show on the one side.  This may be a consequence of prior rhinoplasty?, or could be natural anatomy.  Is there some missing history?  Correction of retracted ala can be performed with cartilage grafts.  Good luck!
