2019 i had a rhinoplasty, after a few months i noticed a circular bit of cartlige protruding from the left side of the tip of my nose, i have thick skin. From research it looks like a bossae. My right nostril has also collapased, the surgeon used cartlige from within my nose to try and correct it which did not work. Can a bossae tip be fixed if i naturally have thick skin and will the cartlige warp again during the healing process?
