Advice on 11-year-old 500cc MYA implants - how should I address bumpy uneven implants? (Photos)

Slatoya1989
I’ve uploaded photos to show what’s been worrying me. I had 500cc implants done at MYA in 2013 when I was 24, after breastfeeding my first child. I was originally a small B cup and had struggled with low confidence throughout my teens — I used to stuff my bra and always felt self-conscious. When I finally decided to get implants, I rushed into it without much thought or research. I expected to be around a small D cup, but the result was much larger than I imagined. I’ve disliked them since the first couple of years, and now that I’m older, I regret the decision even more. My main concern at the moment is that one side looks more prominent, and I can clearly see the outline of the implant under the skin. Both breasts feel a bit bumpy and uneven, and I get occasional mild discomfort, though not pain or tightness. Could you please share your thoughts on what this might be referred to as — for example, implant rippling, tissue thinning, or capsular changes? I’ve booked a GP appointment to ask for a referral, but I’d appreciate your professional opinion in the meantime. Thank you so much for your time and advice.
