4 year old implants - Bottoming out, rupture, capsular contracture?

echosparrowreno
I have had implants for 4 years. About a year ago I noticed a weird bubble feeling, moving? I don’t know how to explain it well but I had a mammogram and ultrasound and they deemed it scar tissue. Fast forward a year the same breast seems to have a now after appearance and is now slightly lower/leas full on top. When I push my breasts toward each other this one moves easily across the centerline, the other one stops as if there is a wall. I’m not sure which side has the issue and I know it’s slight but it’s changing and I’m not sure what’s going on
