Would sliding genioplasty be a good treatment for lip incompetence? (Photo)

Question

I have been able to reduce my lip incompetence with lip filler and Botox; however, I am still extremely self conscious of this issue. I want to explore my options to get this fixed but not even sure where to start. I have attached pictures of what my mouth is like relaxed from front and side profile. I have been researching at it seems that sliding genioplasty is a popular procedure for this but not sure if I fit the criteria. Any guidance would be appreciated!

With a sliding genioplasty, you can either do it through the oral cavity approach or under the chin approach . Doing it through the mouth can disrupt vital supporting muscles of the lower lip which can actually worsen lower lip ptosis (sag). Therefore, though advancing the chin would provide good vertical support and elevation for the lower lip, doing so through the mouth can actually weaken the lower lip. Knowing this distinction is important.
