Ultrasonic rhinoplasty (dorsal hump, tip & alar reduction) 10 months ago, I don’t think this is a good result so far? I have thick skin so probably need 18 months for final results. However I can’t imagine a huge improvement between now and then? Dorsal hump has improved a bit but nose doesn’t look straight from front & side profile. Regret having alarplasty as nostrils/alar base are too small now in comparison to nasal bridge, which appears wider? Am I just being harsh at this stage?
