Hi Gorgeous66424, I recommend using the Ozempic for weight loss before your lipo 360. Ozempic causes fat loss and you may not need the lipo if you lose the fat through diet and medication. There are many scar creams/oils and silicone sheeting to fade them. Time also fades scars. Best of luck to you!
There is no problem with taking Ozempic one or two weeks post liposuction. The way to reduce liposuction scars starts with your surgeon. I use protective plastic caps in the lipo holes to avoid friction burns from the cannulas and stretching of the incision. I suture the in side and outside of the incisions and remove the outside suture within 5-7 days to avoid marks. Post-op, I encourage my patients to use either silicone liquid or silicone tape for several months.Best wishes.
