My nipples and breasts have always been pointing outwards, which makes them look smaller than they are, and my cleavage totally flat. Is there any way to relocate and center them? I'm attaching photos of how they currently are and how I would want them to be.
Answer: Breast fat transfer can improve cleavage, but there are limits Breast fat transfer can improve cleavage. There are however limits to what it can do. Essentially the fat must be injected into the breast footplate. The breast footplate is defined as the base of the breast. Fat can be expanded beyond this somewhat to decrease the distance between the 2 breasts or to give more fullness in the upper breast. Certainly altering where the fat can be placed, to really customized the shape of her breast, is a positive feature of fat transfer over an implant. However, the position of the nipple in relationship to the volume of the breast is critical for nice looking aesthetics. If nipples are located more laterally, then filling the medial breast with a lots of fat is going to actually accentuate the appearance of the lateral nipple. Where fat is placed must be carefully considered to prevent giving an unnatural appearance to the breast. The direction the breast faces and the separation between them is largely predetermined and only subtly alterable. My suggestion is to patients is to get a fuller, beautiful breast...but not try to alter the position excessively as it could look unnatural and unattractive. Dr. Rodger Shortt, Oakville, Ontario.

Answer: Reshape breasts Dear Forceful870994, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Divergent Nipples This is a normal anatomical variant and in your case looks very natural. The underlying issue is usually structural from a slightly outwardly rounded sternum and rib cage. I would be extremely cautious in trying to correct this and would advise… “buyer beware”.

Answer: Breasts The position you want by holding your nipples is done with a bra and is not a natural position for breasts. Nipples do point outward for better breast feeding (job of the breasts). However, a laterally displaced areola can be moved some medially if desired. Fat transfer will not do this.

Answer: Fat grafting can help The advantage of fat is that it can be placed where it needed most. Fat grafting can help with cleavage and shifting the nipple/areola more central.
