2 years post op, what is this? Is it lateral displacement? Or do I have capsular contracture? Tissues problem? How can I fix it?

I have smooth implants 420cc unders (I was double A and now Im a 34C). I had my breast augmentation 2 years ago by time my implants have changed and the result is not what I wanted. I really want to fix it and my surgeon said with sutures we can fix it but Im not sure about this. Would bigger implants help me have a more symmetrical position similar to how they looked just a few weeks after surgery? I really liked my boobs after surgery but as time passed they change and now I hate them..
