2 years post op, what is this? Is it lateral displacement? Or do I have capsular contracture? Tissues problem? How can I fix it?

It seems your plastic surgeon is offering you good advice. It is not always clear why this displacement happens, but is is usually quite fixable. I don't think going with larger implants is a good idea. It will certainly will not fix the problem, and it may very well make it worse.

Hi. Based on the photos, it appears the left shape is shifting due to the spherical construction and the right implant appears to be misplaced. The currenth shape can be improved using the endoscopic incision technique via armpit. You can have this procedure after 6 months from your previous surgery. But I will need to see in person for the most accurate counseling.
